HOA and Board Meetings
The Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Club House
located in Phase 1, 2, 3. The annual Home Owners Association
meeting is held on the first Monday in March. Meetings for 2012 are
noted on the calendar above.
Pest Control
Spraying for pests is done by Pest Works on the 1st Tuesday of every
other month. They spray each building, outside patios and all. Individual
owners can have their units sprayed inside for $40, if they wish.
Call 972-620-3232 to make an appointment, or if the truck is on the
property, simply catch the driver and tell him you want your unit
sprayed while he is onsite. Pest control service dates are noted on
the calendar above.
